We implemented complete sales cycles for lottery tickets in several of the largest retail chains — from setting up accounting and analytics to launching in all accounting and processing systems. In a record 2–3 months, our team developed the solution architecture, set up integrations, ensured uninterrupted operation of all links in the process, and implemented monitoring at each stage. Such a comprehensive approach allows us to be the unconditional leader in the implementation of lottery projects. 

Customers received a new, in-demand product in the assortment, which generates additional revenue and expands customer flow.

We were the first in a large federal retail chain to launch and pilot the digital labeling system “Chestny Znak”, working in close cooperation with the Federal Tax Service and the CRPT. Our team not only implemented the technologies but also participated in developing approaches to labeling at the federal level. We implemented a comprehensive solution for omnichannel online sales, developing within it a powerful content management system (CMS) and an order management module. The CMS centralizes the description of product items and maintains current stock levels in thousands of retail outlets in real time. The order management module automates the entire cycle — from the customer placing an order and its assembly to delivery of the goods to the client.

Such a solution allowed a large chain to open a new sales channel, ensuring revenue growth and expansion of audience reach.

We automated “turnkey” activities for importing alcoholic products with a focus on logistics management. The system tracks the movement of goods at all stages — from ordering abroad to arrival at the warehouse — ensuring transparency and predictability of deadlines. Alongside this, the necessary documents are processed, registration in EGAIS is carried out, excise stamps are issued, and so on. 

Such a solution reduces the risks of supply disruptions, minimizes downtime, and optimizes costs for the importer.

We were the first to implement and optimize acceptance of payments via the Fast Payment System (SBP) even before the official launch of the system. We participated in pilots at all levels, ensuring early integration of payment by phone number and QR code into the retail network. Since then, our team has continuously improved these payment services and related functions, optimizing the user experience and reducing costs.

Thanks to this, the client gained a competitive advantage: fast, convenient payments with a low commission, implemented already at the start of SBP rollout.

We implemented the use of electronic Universal Transfer Documents (UTD) and Universal Correction Documents (UCD) as these forms appeared in legislation, ensuring their integration with the company’s business processes. The system was implemented with support for operation through various electronic document-management operators, which provided flexibility in choosing partners and resilience of processes.

This approach sped up document flow, reduced the costs of paper and logistics, and also ensured compliance with all current legal requirements.

We were the first to implement payment via “PlatiQR” in close cooperation with Sberbank — we not only connected the service on all cash terminals but also implemented the basic principles of the service itself. Our specialists participated in designing payment scenarios: both generation of QR codes by the seller and scanning of QR codes from customers. Thanks to process optimization and well-tuned integration, the retail chain gained the ability to accept payments quickly, conveniently, and with a minimal commission.

This improved the customer experience, reduced expenses, and strengthened the chain’s position among the leaders of digitalization.

We developed and implemented a solution for automatic selection of the acquirer when paying for purchases at the checkout depending on the type of bank card. The system analyzes the card’s parameters in real time and routes the transaction through the optimal acquirer, which helps reduce acquiring costs and save significant funds. 

For large retail chains this means hundreds of millions of rubles saved per year without changing the usual process of work for cashiers and customers.

We implemented a project for radical optimization of paper fiscal receipts, working closely with manufacturers of fiscal equipment and taking into account all legal requirements for the placement of information, including QR codes. Thanks to reworking the structure and format of the receipt, it was possible to reduce its length by 30%, which yielded a tangible economic and environmental effect. 

Retail chains achieved a reduction in the consumption of paper and till roll by tens of millions of rubles per year, and also contributed to the conservation of natural resources by reducing the consumption of wood.
